YOUR GHK-Cu & FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH PEPTIDE ROUTINE
These instructions cover injectable GHK-Cu and GHK-Cu/Epithalon, also known as our Fountain of Youth blend.
Thank you for choosing INTRA|V! Here’s a simple guide to fitting your prescribed peptides into your routine.
How Much Should I Inject?
Your dose will be written on your prescription label. Follow the amount prescribed specifically for you.
If you’re unsure how to measure your dose, contact our team before injecting—we’re happy to help.
What Time of Day Should I Inject?
You can inject in the morning or at night. Choose whichever fits your schedule best and aim to take your dose at approximately the same time on each injection day.
Which Days Should I Inject?
For this routine, follow a schedule of five consecutive days on, followed by two consecutive days off. An easy option is:
Monday–Friday: Take your prescribed dose.
Saturday–Sunday: Take your two days off.
You can choose different days to suit your routine. Keep the same pattern: five consecutive injection days, then two consecutive days off.
Do I Need an Empty Stomach?
No—these injections can be taken with or without food. You do not need to fast or leave a gap between your injection and meals.
How Should I Give My Injection?
These injections are administered subcutaneously (SubQ), just beneath the skin. Follow the technique demonstrated by our team and shown in the injection guide below.
Rotate your injection sites, use a new sterile needle and syringe each time, and dispose of used supplies in a sharps container.
These instructions do not apply to topical GHK-Cu creams or serums. Never inject a topical product.
What If I Get a Small Red Welt?
Some people may notice local sensitivity after their injection, including a small, red, raised welt at the injection site. Mild local irritation can occur after an injection.
Contact INTRA|V if the redness, swelling, itching or discomfort gets worse, spreads or does not settle.
Seek prompt medical attention if the area becomes very painful, hot or increasingly swollen, develops drainage, or you develop a fever.
Call 911 for difficulty breathing, swelling of the lips, tongue or throat, fainting, or other signs of a serious allergic reaction.
Important Safety Information
Compounded GHK-Cu and GHK-Cu/Epithalon are not FDA-approved. Human safety information for injectable use is limited, and FDA has identified potential immune-reaction concerns involving these peptides. Discuss the risks and uncertainties with your prescribing clinician.
